Pretty good for a kid. Of course I can’t play a lick. So I should shut up.

mq01,
This is what can happen when you expose kids to other things to interest them instead of Telivision and , dare I say, computers and video games. I enjoy seeing kids getting into music like this.

Willy D,
Pretty good for a kid! Ha, I played Bass and took a stab at Six string for years and I'd be embarrassed to go up against any of these youngsters. I'd just have to close the guitar case and sit it out.

Performance from me Dave? I don't perform for free. My son and I play together some but I am so out of practice although I can fake it out sometimes.

When I was a young'n I played my Bass all the time, except when I was out riding dirt bikes. Played every single day for at least an hour. In summer, because everyone was out, I'd wake up and play til noon (UNless I was waking up at noon) then go ride, come back play til Pop got home and banged on the walls. Two of my brothers played too.

Looking at your hands goes away once you master the fingerboard and chords. If you play and miss a note keep going and don't stop unless you get to lost. Sometimes ya just have to play it through.
