Birney Jarvis - the real Jim Bronson- has passed away.
I know I will cherish our emails back and forth and his letters and a few other things he sent me. He autographed his book 'What do you do with a drunken sailor and one of my magazine articles.. Bye Birney, it was fun
He left us all on the long lonesome hiway on June 2nd, 2012.
They say you could hear him saying "hang in there" as the sails of Sundowner fill to carry him on his journey with his Sportster safely tucked away below decks on his last great adventure.
