Beef Stroganoff

Man do I love this stuff. My wife makes this for me as a special treat once a year. For most of the past fifteen years this has been my dinner on my birthday. It is a meal all in it's self so unless you want some french bread to go along with it, there is'nt anything else needed. Well...except for a glass of wine or beer.
