Molding Up A New Saddlebag Lid.

Making the mold for a new saddlebag lid. Looks rough right now but this is only the beginning stages. The mold still needs to be built up more and then there is all that reinforcement and sanding to be done yet. Sanding and shaping is the grunt part. It's fun but time consuming.
The lower part of the bags will take even more time when I start them. Fun, fun fun fun fun.
Now if I can only find who makes the NOS hinges and latches.
