David Mann 1989 Harley Davidson.

I wonder if anyone knows where this one of a kind, 1989 FXSTS, David Mann detailed bike is. If you don't know who David Mann was then I ain't gonna splain it to you.
Back in 1989, www.EasyRiders.com magazine offered up for free this one and only 1989 Softail that was given away by 'The Mann himself' to the lucky winner. This bike has one-of-a-kind details done up by David for this unique bike. None before it and none after. Just one and only one by the ONE. It was given away at the 1989 EasyRiders motorcycle Rodeo Grand Nationals in California. This was before, of course, the computer age as we know it today.

Please tell me that this bike is still in it's original condition as delivered. This is one H-D that I would hope has not been altered, chopped, wrecked or otherwise destroyed. Anyone know?....anyone?....Bueler?....Bueler?.......

Ahhh...the arteeest de jour of the biker world....
Wooley, I thought, or saw, on OC Choppers (when they did the tribute bike to Mann), they all did a memorial ride--wasn't that bike included on that ride?

Hmmm, I don't know KT. I don't watch a lot of the OCC guys but I did see most of that one.

To much yelling going on in that show for me. Kinda reminded me of my former father and son bosses. I'd rather see them (OCC) working on the bikes more than the family matters. It has brought a better attention to bikes though from cagers.

(Laugh) Yea...they do a LOT of yelling...and funny that you say that, but it does remind me too of my Dad yelling at my brothers (4 of them)....We will have to research where that bike is. Hope it is in mint condition....
